The deadlock between the factions created amidst split in the Muttahida Quami Movement-Pakistan (MQM-P) over Senate tickets persisted for another consecutive day as both factions of the party announced their separate candidates for the upcoming senate elections.
The MQM-P Convener Farooq Sattar and the members of Rabita Committee held multiple pressers on Wednesday which resulting in further deepening the rift.
